Bed bug heat treatment Toronto - Be smart

Bed bug heat treatment Toronto
JustHeat Treatment - Thermal Remediation to Kill Bed Bugs in GTA Greater Toronto Area: Mississauga, Richmond Hill, Scarborough, Ajax, Whiitby, Oshawa, Courtice, Markham, North York, Etobicoke and Surrounding Areas.

When you discover bed bugs you want them gone yesterday. Just Heat Thermal remediation is a proven solution that effectively eliminates the entire population of bed bugs – from eggs and larvae to pupae and adults – in one swift, non-toxic, environmentally responsible single treatment.
Through the use of forced air heaters, we slowly raise and maintain the temperature evenly beyond the thermal point throughout the structure. Much evidence concludes that adults and immature nymphs die within 15 minutes at temperatures greater than 113 degrees Fahrenheit and eggs succumb after 60 minutes. JustHeat exterminates insects in all life cycles: From eggs to mature adult bed bugs, bat bugs, fleas, dust mites, spiders and lice
The advantages are clear:
Swift and Effective: Thermal remediation kills all stages of bed bugs, including eggs. The process takes only one day and only one treatment is necessary.

Discreet and Odor-Free: Treatment is isolated to the treatment area; guests will not detect that anything is amiss.

Hassle-Free: Lodging rooms are off the market for only 48 hours, enabling you to soon enjoy business as usual.

Unlike many pesticides, heat penetrates into every crack and crevice – including bedding, mattresses, furniture, electronics, wall coverings and more. Bugs can run but they can’t hide!

THE TRUTH ABOUT HEAT VERSUS CHEMICAL TREATMENTS

If you are experiencing the trauma of a bed bug infestation and feel the need to eradicate the bed bugs immediately, heat treatment is the best solution! However, it is not the only effective solution. Companies that offer heat as the only answer are not giving you the full story.
Chemical solutions when done by licensed, properly trained an conscientious professionals are extremely effective. The downside to chemical versus heat is the amount of preparation that the homeowner needs to do in advance of the chemical treatment. For a complete list of how to prepare for a chemical treatment please see our prep sheet section at the bottom of this page.
There are three basic types of heat treatments for bed bugs on the market. Electric, Glycol and Pressurized Forced Air / propane or bio-diesel. All systems can be effective if the training of the technicians and the monitoring of the temparatures are done correctly.

Just Bugs Inc uses an open fired propane forced air system because of its superior effects.

1.  The by-products of burning propane are carbon dioxide (Co2) and water (H2o). It is a well known fact that one of the main attractants to a bed bug is Co2. Therefore the bugs do not migrate away from the heat, but instead are tricked into believing that a meal is imminent and they stay put.
2.  An effective heat treatment has to have a fast rise in temperature. Failure to do so can result in migration of the bed bugs into cracks, crevices or wall cavities where the necessary temperatures are more difficult to achieve.
3.  Utilizing a fresh air supply passing over an open flame, creates a positive pressure within the structure, meaning that the hot air within your home is greater than the outside pressure. In short, pumping hot air from outdoors into the house means that the air will try to escape the building, finding all cracks and crevices as it tries to exit the structure. Closed systems such as Glycol and electric systems do NOT do this. This is important because bed bugs hide in small cracks and crevices such as between floor boards, in cracks in walls and under baseboards and the heated, forced air will find and kill all stages of the bed bugs.
4.  Just Bugs monitors the temperatures with the latest technologies, including thermo-couple probes, infrared sensors and thermal imaging cameras. All clients are provided with this data so that you know that the job has been done correctly.
5.  Once all furnishings, as well as wall cavities, reach 122 degrees Fahrenheit - 50 degrees Celcius, (bed bugs and their eggs will die at 113 degrees Fahrenheit - 45 degrees Celcius), and we hold the temperature steady for 2 hous insuring a complete kill in only one day.

  1. Glad to know about this bed bug treatment service. Couple of weeks ago, I took help of a renowned pest control service which gave heat treatment for bed bugs. It was quite effective and this problem hasn’t shown up again till now.
